If you don't have time to color then just polish up the lines and shading in photoshop.
I'm a teen that loves to draw and hopes to make many comics in the future. I use GIMP, because I'm just as broke as any other teen.

Eheh no I have about maybe 5 extra hours in my day after school,choirs,and homework...that's at night too so it gives me SOME time to do...maybe 1 or 2 pictures. Also I wish I had photoshop but no, I just have GIMP :>

...Why haven't you be scouted yet?! Okay I'll scout you :). Also small tip, you might want to save your pictures in PNG format. It's much nicer looking and the quality doesn't look so killed like in JPEG.
